Principal Architect

Anwar Kamaal B.Arch, AIIA , MCoA

Established own private practice under the name of Image, Architects and Interior designers in May, 2001 and is currently involved in various residential, industrial And healthcare projects. After graduating from Zakir Hussain College of Engineering and Technology, AMU Aligarh in 1998, started as Architect with R.L.Walecha and Associates, New Delhi.

Joined Habitat System, Green Park, New delhi in may, 99 as Associate architect and worked on project of HOK consortium, USA(in collaboration with Habisys) and was involved in various project of the firm. Worked For Dimension Architects, New Delhi Before Returning To Dehradun. Worked as an apprentice in the office of Divya – Kush and Associates.

Taught as a Visiting Faculty in the Dept. Of Architecture. DITU for the session 2008-2018, engaging construction design.
Taught as a Visiting Faculty in the Dept. Of Architecture. GEU for the session 2020-2021, engaging design studio.
Taught as a Visiting Faculty in the Dept. Of Architecture. AMU for the session 2000-2001, engaging Design and Working Drawing Studios.

Invited as a jury member to assess design thesis of final year students of B.Arch AMU, Aligarh
Called as an external examiner in the Dept. of Architecture, AMU, Aligarh
Called as an external examiner in the Dept. of Architecture, Jamia Millia Islamia,New Delhi
